Chef Humberto did an outstanding job catering my daughters Wedding Rehearsal dinner in our backyard. He didn't just do the catering, he took care of every single detail from the furniture rentals and set up, to his wonderful serving team, and even set the most beautiful table with flowers and candles. We hired Paelleros Catering for our live fantasy football draft and they did not disappoint. I ordered the birria tacos and lobster poutine. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their services if you want great food at your event.
