We have sent 2 emails and a phone call after our son had a bad reaction to medication prescribed by this practice. Reactions happen, but the lack of followup or response to our attempts to find a solution beyond just stopping the medication is unacceptable. This is very poor customer service and what's worse, we now have an 8 year old not being able to take the medication he needs for is ADHD. Paeds in a Pod as a whole is extremely lacking as a business. If you have to option go elsewhere please do. I have been with them for afew years now and due to shortages I have been stuck with them due to my son's required care. Receptionists come on go to frequent you never receive emails or calls. I have previously had to threaten with AHPRA to receive a response.
