The paediatrician I see is very dismissive to any concerns I have with my son, refusing to further test my child, won’t give me the report (which I’d love to see what’s in it considering he’s spent 10 minutes with my son all up) requested to change drs and I’m expected to pay new patient fee again to be told it’s up to the doctors discretion if they will do further testing. Not impressed to have made an appointment in January as a NEW patient for this June. Only to be called a month out from the appointment and have it cancelled as they are not taking new patients now. 4 months after I made the appointment. Not only am I am without an appointment now, I have wasted 4 months of a waitlist I could've been on elsewhere, further delaying any possible diagnosis or treatment for my little one.

While the doctors are amazing every time we go we arr left waiting. Always running late amd have felt at timesour appts are then cut short to make up for the 30 mins plus they are running late. Makes it impossible to plan day around appointment times as we never get in on time. Would be amazing if they gave accurate apptoinents times and did not leave toy waiting so long.
