We saw Linda the Psychologist she was great with my daughter and the two women at reception were lovely , gave my daughter lots of things to play with and were so patient and welcoming!
Our experience at this clinic was disappointing. During our appointment, I felt the paediatrician did not engage with my child or recall previous discussions, and the consultation became tense. I was uncomfortable with how the conversation was handled and have chosen to seek care elsewhere. Dr Imali Ignored previous diagnosis and has caused long term trauma for my child with her conduct.
We thought Paediatrician Dr Imali was excellent. Highly recommend. She addressed our concerns quickly and the whole process was made easy by her and the support team. She is also very good with our little boy. This was a positive experience and I felt listened to, which was very important.
We (including my 7 year old) have always had good experiences dealing with the office staff and Dr Imali. She has built a strong connection with my son and continues to make a difference for him and our family. Thank you team.
