We (including my 7 year old) have always had good experiences dealing with the office staff and Dr Imali. She has built a strong connection with my son and continues to make a difference for him and our family. Thank you team.

If you are reading this review chances are you are a parent needing specialist advice for a child. Let me point out some facts. 1. Have a read at their mission statement. Its about them providing this and that, but there is no mention around striving to help the patient address their needs. Ask yourself are you ok with that. 2. Their Google review rating is low across all locations: Ashgrove 3.0, Woolloongabba 3.2 Greenslope 1.5 Redcliffe 1.0. Ask yourself how likely could this be due to just bad luck? 3. If your GP refers y... read more

Don't waste your money. Had my 1st appointment with Dr Imali and what an experience that was.. I can not believe how rude and inconsiderate she is. Walked in looking forward to finally getting what is needed to walking out in tears and I literally walked out.. No compassion or even a smile, the panel of receptionist was even spoken to rudely by her, to the point when they called me after my appointment to offer me a refund I actually apologised for the way they were spoken to from her.. I am so dumb fonded how someone can be... read more

I first visited Paeds in a Pod 7 years ago and returned to their Ashgrove clinic. The clinic has ample parking and is easy to navigate. We met Dr Imali Yapa and her excellent clinical experience and expertise of child health is evident in not only her approach to engaging with children but the way she observes the child’s behaviour even prior to entering her rooms. Dr Imali’s honesty and real world application is rare and greatly appreciated and I wouldn't hesitate to refer her onto family and friends. I have read a few of t... read more

Doctors dismissed my concerns for 3 years. After paying another professional to assess my son and get a diagnosis the doctor still dismissed the assessment. He spends 5 min a year with my son and still thinks he knows more about him than me and the other professional who actually got involved and got to know my son. Hated the service since the first appointment. Waste of money. I still can believe this kind of professionals exists and are allow to take care of kids. So disappointed.
