The worst provider experience I have had. The program and leaders are wonderful but the management team are unprofessional, rude, aggressive and the way they operate is not within NDIS guidelines.
Be aware of the 12-week notice period in your Service Agreement should you wish to leave. They will try to bill you for the whole three months regardless if you keep attending appointments or not.
