We are very grateful to have secured an appointment Dr Birgit Marchand. She is very personable, knowledgeable, patient and kind in her interactions with families and patients. Her staff reflect these qualities also. The receptionist Anna was very helpful over the phone and so welcoming in the clinic. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a stressful situation.
Dr Marchand is very knowledgeable, ensures complete understanding and is there to work with you, not against you. A lovely experience with her. Tina and Emma are just lovely. They make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk in. They ensure a comfortable environment and absolutely go the extra mile to ensure your little ones are feeling happy and safe. A very pleasant experience with a wonderful bunch of ladies.
Dr Marchand is an exceptional specialist. I am so glad I made the choice to book an appointment to treat my daughter's eczema and was lucky enough to get in quickly as her waiting lists are long and for good reason. She is professional, empathetic and really cares. I followed her treatment plan to the tee and my daughter's eczema she had been battling for months healed completely. Her advice helped improve my daughter's quality of life and I can't thank her enough. Highly recommend Dr Marchand!!
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr Marchand & her team.From my 1st phone call to when we walked into the clinic we felt like top priority & were met with such kindness, professionalism & care for my child. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a paediatric allergist. She is kind and very thorough and takes the time to explain everything to you. The rest of the team at their office are amazing too.
