Nothing crazy good or bad here..
I was told my mamo visit was not yet preauthorized by my Calpers Anthem Blue Cross plan so my appt was canceled. Well after calling my insurance company myself along with Calpers & Anthem on a 3way call we called Padres and I was put back on the schedule, no preauthorization is required. A young lady by the name of Alex at the front desk gave me big attitude because I asked how this mistake happened.
