The washer was broke the entire time we were the. The company didn't replace it until the day we left. There were bed bugs. I was so disappointed for the thousands of dollars we spent there for the week. The grill in the picture wasn't anywhere close to the actual broken grill they had there. And when it came to getting the deposit back, the company said there was no refundable deposit. It was on the website that the deposit would be refunded.
