We had an amazing trip! The staff was great and our condo was amazing! Definitely would recommend and we will definitely be back!
Horrible customer service!! Accidentally made a booking here when i was browsing the AirBnb app. When i realized my card information went through, i immediately cancelled and requested a refund when the Rental Manager Hazel refused a refund and began to ignore all my messages and phone calls. She said there was nothing i could do to reverse the transaction even though i never stayed at the property nor received any service from them. BE CAREFUL booking with these people as they do not care about robbing people their money
Friendly service and responsive. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall I appreciated the communication but I don’t know if I’ll book again. The condo had roaches and a funky smell that made it hard to eat inside. We had bought groceries to make meals during our stay and was too grossed out to use the kitchen from seeing roaches. I booked through Airbnb and the pet fee was not mentioned until after I booked the place but I appreciate them telling me of the charge before just charging my card without notice .
We loved our stay. The home provided for all our needs and more. The extra little touches made our experience that much more special as well. We can’t wait to visit SPI again. We will definitely be staying here again.
My wife and I spent the weekend with our adult kids all of us enjoyed the condo. It was extremely spacious 3 blocks from Wanna Wanna. 2 blocks from beach access and could see the beach. The office staff was friendly and curtious. When we go to the island again we will be booking again with Padre Getaways much better experience than vrbo or air b&b
