Our stay @ The Flirty Flamingo/ Padre Escapes Staircase is a joke in size and extremely narrow and steep / non slip pad is loose and my son almost fell down the stairs! Terrible customer service, unwilling to make up for the experience with a rental stay. Reported the hot tub issue with them and they didnt respond promptly, when finally they did they claimed it would be fixed. It was not! The rental was not cleaned well, several stains on couch and bench in master. Ice machine did not work, rust in dishwasher and refrigerator. Stovetop was not level, made difficult to cook. Parking was difficult due to design of parking spots. Made management aware of all these issues and nothing was done. ... read more
