I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and unfortunately had a very disturbing experience. The apartment was infested with cockroachesso many that they were even crawling on the bunk bed where my child was sleeping. He developed a rash from the insects crawling on his *************** attempted to treat the unit, but never informed me that this meant we needed to vacate for four hours. Our stay @ The Flirty Flamingo/ Padre Escapes Staircase is a joke in size and extremely narrow and steep / non slip pad is loose and my son almost fell down the stairs! DO NOT RENT THIS IF YOU ARE HANDICAP, TALL OR OVERWEIGHT IN ANY WAY!!Bathroom towel rack fell off the wall and onto my foot and fan does not work well.Pull out couch terrible thin mattress and sinks in the middle Spa/ pool too dirty to use when we wanted to get in after dinner No closet space to hang clothing Trash bag was left in bathroom but no can was ther... read more

Terrible customer service, unwilling to make up for the experience with a rental stay. Reported the hot tub issue with them and they didnt respond promptly, when finally they did they claimed it would be fixed. It was not! The rental was not cleaned well, several stains on couch and bench in master. Ice machine did not work, rust in dishwasher and refrigerator. Stovetop was not level, made difficult to cook. Parking was difficult due to design of parking spots. Made management aware of all these issues and nothing was done. ... read more
