Most expensive water district in San Diego county, and for what? Service is subpar, misappropriation of funds, you name it. And now they want to raise their rates steadily for 4 years starting in 2023? They make enough money already! Terrible.
Gross mismanagement of public infrastructure / funds, Fraudulent billing and criminal public recource management / distribution for personal gain out of a 25 million dollar, taxpayer paid, luxury water front office building. We are working with state and Federal resources to make arrests for criminally negligent salary increases and misuse of public property for personal profit.
