Padre Canyon Foods catered a day-after-the-wedding/Mother’s Day brunch for my husband and I in May 2108 at The Johnny Miller House at Entrada, for 40-50 guests. Working with Chef Tracey was a delight from start to finish. She is a lovely human being and a great chef and organizer! The menu she came up with was delicious and varied and catered for everyone, from those who could stay and graze to those who had to grab and go.
