Dr. Ponugoti and her staff were knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. They answered all my questions and put me at easy before my cataract surgeries. I had the right eye done first and the results were amazing. I actually looked forward to have the surgery on my left eye. Thank you for restoring my vision and the amazing care I received.
Her and the staff were very helpful and courteous and explained everything and answered all of my questions and concerns . Had my left eye done and after seeing the results I am looking forward to having the other eye done. Great experience and a fantastic job

I have been a patient at the Eye Center for about 8 years, Like many patients, I was apprehensive about having cataract surgery. I shared my concerns with the team and was reassured at every turn that their staff had experienced the cause of my fears and successfully achieved the goal of enhanced vision. I elected to have the computer-assisted procedure on both eyes. Her staff are rude and uncooperative.
Spent very little time with my child and myself, and then proceeded to code and bill to medical insurance when I was specific that I only had coverage under vision plan. Attempts at remedying the situation fell on deaf ears. Cost me over $700 out of pocket for 2 routine eye exams. I will not return or refer.
