Dr Charmarthy and her staff are the best. They are all so warm and friendly.
I saw Dr. Chamarthy for an exam and to schedule a colonoscopy. I’m surprised at some negative reviews-I found the office staff accommodating and the doctor professional and friendly. In fact I showed up to my appointment 40 minutes early and was seen by the doctor very quickly. Dr. Chamarthy gave me ample time and discussed some concerns. I scheduled my procedure and feel like I am in capable hands. I will follow this review up after my procedure.
If I could give zero stars, I would — and frankly, Google should make that an option for egregiously negligent practices like this one. After the nightmare my fiancé just endured, I’m genuinely appalled that this office is still allowed to provide medical care. He went in for a routine colonoscopy, only to leave with a botched procedure, lies, and a complete lack of accountability. Messed up big time on a routine biopsy. And her staff has a horrible bed side manner. Highly recommend not using her. This is my first review ever about anything that’s how strongly I feel about this!!!!
