If you want to throw money down the drain hire Carey Hyatt as a mediator. She was belligerent to the point of being unprofessional, biased to the point of not hearing information that was relevant to the case, she misheard and misunderstood numerous points, and was incapable of grasping fairly simple financial analyses that had a bearing on the case. Jim Padish guided me through a criminal case in 2018. He has deep roots in the Maricopa County court system, is well connected, and has an impeccable reputation. During the 18 month process of my criminal case, he was honest, direct, kind, and graceful. At the end of the process, I felt the deal he had worked for on my behalf was more than fair. Carey Hyatt is a horrible human being. She was always extremely abusive to people in her courtroom, beyond unfair, unreasonable, and excessive in her rulings. She thinks she is above all people and has a horrible God-complex. Read the reviews, Google search her, and read the WARNINGS! If this law firm truly hired the Devil, find another law firm immediately!

I would not recommend Carey Hyatt for mediation. Poor attention to detail, rushed through the process. End product was not usable. Had to retain an attorney to complete the process.
