Excellent service. Got my building and pest inspection booked really quickly and the report was very comprehensive! Got a verbal report right after the inspection and the actual report came later that evening.

PADinspections conducted a pre-purchase building report for us and we cannot recommend their services highly enough. Prompt & very detailed report. Patrick also spoke to both of us at length about the report’s findings afterwards to ensure we understood everything and the potential repair costs. Since we are buying our first home, and this was our first building report, we really appreciated the expertise and guidance.

PADInspections were exceptional with their service. Patrick was very thorough and informative and took the time to really explain his findings and help with options for how things can be repaired and realistic timeframes. Nicole in the office was also so lovely and helpful also. Could not recommend them more. Will definitely use them again.

The inspection was incredibly detailed and informative. The report was easy to understand and interpret. Highly recommend to use prior to purchasing a house.

The PADinspections were so amazing! Patrick and Nicole were so helpful to me accomodating a very last minute inspection I needed pre-purchasing a home. They offered expert advice, were reassuring and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommended to anyone!
