Everyone at PAD was super friendly and the whole process was very quick and highly professional. The inspection was very thorough and provided me with so much information on the state of the building. It was definitely money well spent and alerted me to some major issues, that could have cost me a lot of money had I gone ahead without the inspection. I will definitely use PAD again when I find my dream home. I also love that part of the fee goes to charity. Thank you so much.
