Shocked at the 5’s here. Maybe he’s good for businesses, but this is my first year using Wes for personal income and his team made a $15,000 mistake that I caught, no phone call to review or ask for further info, and all Wes says is he’ll respond “in a day or two,” gives conflicting responses when I ask, and then zero response. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
I made the switch to Padgett more than a few years ago for my business of over twelve years and have not looked back. Wes has been outstanding with his advice and knowledge. Patty has been phenomenal with my monthly book keeping and is really on top of everything. Save yourself the worry, and get someone who cares like these guys.
