For 16 months I resided in a condo that was managed by Padgett Properties and from the beginning there was a lack of transparency and honesty regarding the unit. On the day I picked up my keys I experienced gaslighting, saying, “you may have seen reviews regarding pest online but that isn’t applicable to this unit.” Only to find out that roaches were indeed a problem in that unit and it was not properly treated during our stay.
