Called in January 2023 and learned that they are not taking new tax preparation services for individuals. Nothing wrong in their business decision but wished their web site reflected the fact. They might still accept other type of customers outside individual taxes.
We have been using Padgett the last few years and couldn't be happier with all of their services. From their business consulting to payroll services to tax preparation, everyone on their team is great to work with. Highly recommend!
