Fui a un campeonato de pádel a beneficencia a las 2 pm en donde la idea era disfrutar pasarlo bien y compartir con un objetivo solidario, pues el dueño no considero nada mejor que dejar a mi hijo fuera del campeonato diciéndole q iba a jugar a las 5pm sin explicación alguna, por supuesto que después de 3 horas de espera pocas ganas quedan de seguir esperando impresionante la capacidad de descomponerme el Día, de una actividad solidaria buena onda a irme molesta y sin ganas de nunca mas volver
Completely unprofessional. We were kicked off mid-court because of a staff miscommunication—their mistake, our problem. No apology, no fix. Not the first issue either. A prior 7:00 AM booking had no employee show up until 7:30. Poor management and zero respect for customers’ time. Avoid.
Kicked off our court halfway through our match of padel because of a misunderstanding with their employee double booking.
