Very unfortunate that we have to seek another service provider after many years of satisfactory service from Paddy's. No reply to messages by phone, email or text is unacceptable. Craig Patrick and his staff have come through for me in the past however he is no longer available or interested in helping residential customers.
Craig came over within 30 minutes when I had a hot tub emergency at my home. Excellent service and hot tub knowledge.
When we had an issue with our exercise pool 2 years ago, the company that had installed it were less than helpful. Craig, on the other hand, fixed the problem ASAP and pointed out /corrected some problems with the way the pool had been installed. He is extremely knowledgeable and inspires confidence in a way that the previous company hadn't. Craig is the owner and works with his wife. As such, he is extremely busy but always does his best to fit us in. We can't recommend him highly enough.
Craig and Jackie are the best for commercial service.
I was very disappointed with the service and communication from Paddy’s Pool & Spa Service. This company is listed in the local phone book and was also recommended to me by a very reputable property management company in Canmore. I wanted to hire them to winterize my hot tub in Canmore as this is one of the services offered on their website.
