I ve lived here for 3 years and this is like a prison camp. A person walks around checking houses Nothing is ever done to improve this entire area. New homes have been sitting in different locations for years with nothing being done to finish them, eyesores. Rules (violations) are only given out to a certain few and they never ask the so-called violator their side of the story. Alcohol allowed in the pool area.
