I just moved here to Ocala from Ohio. Scheduling online one day in advance was easy, emailing previous vet records was easy, check-in was easy, staff were polite, professional and easy going. The annual package is a great value and monthly chews to cover all your basic preventatives offering a 6-month supply is a good value and peace of mind. Check-out and follow-up scheduling was easy. The people are so nice here. They took very good care of my cat.
What a wonderful place. They truly care about animals and their owners! A sense of calmness takes over you once you know you left your cat/dog with the RIGHT people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - All thanks to the owner, Jill; very kind heart.
I hate to give 1 star but I am a little upset with my wife's experience. We brought our young cat in because she is sick. My wife said she loved the nurse/receptionist but the doctor, whoever it was, "made me feel like a woman at an autoshop." When asking about our cat's age my wife said the wrong age that was written down, off by a month, because we saved our cat when she was a kitten. She climbed into my car while I was on a delivery and we kept her. We figured she was at least a month so we guessed. When she got it wrong ... read more
