This place is horrible. They will charge you for everything. However, they will not fix toilets, plumbing, etc. The manager is a joke! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
I have just recently moved to Paddock Club but have lived in other Village Green properties as well as properties owned by other companies I won't live in a property not owned by Village Green ever again. Village Green is concerned about the property but also you as a person. The maintenance teams are the best and will do whatever it takes to make your issue correct. Wouldn't trade these guys for anything, well maybe a million dollars but nothing less. The office staff is terrific. They do whatever it takes to make you happy... read more
