I lived here for 4 years and am so glad I got out when I did. The new property manager does not care about the residents, it is clearly just a business transaction and they do not care who get screwed over in the process. If you are thinking about moving here and have a pet or ever plan on having a pet DO NOT MOVE HERE. Highly do NOT RECOMMEND. Our experience was HORRIBLE. Do not move here. Especially if you have a pet!!!! I was here for 4 months and they tried billing me damage for the carpet in the entire apartment from my 4 pound POTTY TRAINED dog. I ended up having to get a lawyer. They love taking advantage of their residents.
They take advantage of college students with pets. They replaced the carpets in the entire place without any notice to two college girls who had a Yorkie, lived there for only 5 months and supposedly the dog peed in the entire place. The dog was potty trained on potty pads in the bathroom and as well as going outside. They broke their lease early so the complex got pissed and this was a way to get more money out of them.
