Captain Tyler Motel / Paddlewheel Comfortable and motel but maintenance must remember to clean the filters in the heating/airconditioning units. Smoke detectors went off when heat was turned on after a summer of air. Needs a hand railing to get to the first floor rooms and a few higher toilets for handicapped patrons and grab bars at the tubs. Hardwood floors in the unit we stayed was perfect for allergic customers.
Paddlewheel Motel Finest rooms in Crisfield, whirlpool rooms available also. Air conditioned, cable tv, and within walking distance to restaurants and the marina. You can also buy cruise packages to tour the islands of Smith Island or Tangier. This is a nice place to stay and is very comfortable with its amenities. Crisfield is a very nice place and the locals are very friendly too
