The location is so convenient to the water activities on Kings Bay, as well as very pretty with the pool right next to the water. The rooms are a bit outdated but the rest of the resort is very nice. We had a great time staying here and plan to return.

Dirty room with heavy odor of mold. Dehumidifier running in the room, damp rid on the shelves. Toilet gurgling when the shower is used. Beds are cheap metal frames and they move all over the floor and squeak. I can honestly see where they got the 2.5 star hotel title. When mentioned to the staff, they responded " We're near the water and there's a lot of humidity".. I've been to many hotels and resorts near the water and they didn't have these issues.
