Had a wonderful 2.5 hr tour!
My husband and I had an amazing time kayaking and hiking with Sophie in a small group setting with good equipment!
Our group of 8 women took the 5-day (4-night) Kayak and Hike trip with Paddle West Kayaking and we all had a fantastic time! Our guides, Andy and Lauren, were superb - very competent, caring, and personable. The meals they cooked up were delicious, and our paddle time touring the islands and our hike on Flores Island were just gorgeous. We were SUPER lucky with great weather, so there was that... If I make it up there again I would love to book their Hot Springs Cove trip. Wonderful job, Paddle West!
We had an absolutely stellar time on the beautiful 5-day paddle and hike trip led by Andy and Loren. Such deep knowledge of the area, ecology and biology and, somehow, also cooking :-). Great and plentiful food.
A wonderful experience for my wife and I - paddling and camping around Vargas Island northwest of Tofino the second weekend in August 2025 with our amazing guide Travis and our two other companion paddlers from Bellingham. An amazing experience with great people, and perfect for my wife and I, who are from the mountains of SW Alberta with only limited sea kayaking experience prior to this trip.
