I never met the owner before, but I heard he was cool. I booked 3 jet skis for 2 PM and even paid a deposit the night before. When we arrived, we called and one of the workers asked if we could delay the appointment until 4. We said no, since we had an appointment for 2. Then they told us they only had 2 jet skis available instead of 3. We refused because we had specifically booked and paid for 3. Me and my friends rented two jet skis and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were professional and welcoming and service was efficient. Thank you guys we’ll definitely be returning!
Reservation for 2:15. When we arrived we had to wait until 2:40 for the boat to return and them to refuel it. They refueled it from large gas cans. I asked where to refuel before I return the boat and was told not to refuel elsewhere and that they refuel it and charge $3 a gallon/or $10 for each mark on the gas gage, (which are quarter tank marks), even though their website says in bold to return it full.
