One of the nurses was very rough to my sister when she was doing the injection
I had a really great experience at this clinic. Dr. Monika Steel was incredibly kind, empathetic, and helpful. I received thorough and efficient care. I felt very well looked after from start to finish. The reception staff were also wonderful – very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. As someone from abroad visiting for the first time, I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable the whole experience was. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone.
Dr. Alix Armstrong is a horrible doctor. Did not effectively treat me and reduced my symptoms even though my psychologist gave her a reference letter to help me. I then never returned due to her horrendous treatment, and eventually was diagnosed with stage 2b cancer. Definitely would not want her as my doctor.
I am a nursing student and had to fill out my serology form for my university and therefore had to book in with a dr to sign it off. I waited about half an hour past my scheduled appointment due to a walk in emergency which is understandable but when I had finished my appointment with the doctor, and headed to the front desk to pay, the receptionist charged me $190 and stated it was a long consult (over 20 mins).
