I just had an appt with Dr Levi for which went for 23 minutes (3 minutes over) and I was charged $170 just for him to tell me he can’t help me. I have a pension card and he CHOSE to charge me full rate even though he did nothing for me but say sorry he couldn’t help. Extremely disappointed in this service, especially for someone who seemed to have feigned empathy for my conditions.
The experience was quite poor. I didn’t receive any useful information, and the unnecessary details just took up more time. It would have been quicker and more helpful to go straight to a pharmacy
Review from Ross G Anderson re Paddo Medical Centre, in particular Dr Swee Teng. Have been using this practice for far too many years to remember. Always received exemplary care from all members of the team. Was originally with Dr Andrew North, who literally saved my life in 2006 with his 'just in case' approach, and when he moved on I went over to Swee, who also has been a life saver, literally, once again.
