Quoted on-site for glass replacement but they ordered the wrong glass. Their own installer noticed and stopped before installing. Never returned to fix it. Owner seemed okay, but his son was unprofessional. No accountability. Avoid.

I called to ask if they could assist with repairing our windows, but the person who answered was extremely rude, said “not interested,” and then hung up on me. I found this behaviour very unprofessional and disappointing.

We sought a local provider to supply glass for our client, and Scotty not only offered us competitive pricing but also delivered the product to our customer at no additional cost, even though we did not specifically request this service.
