I am writing a review concerning the Hagerstown, Md. office. I had an appointment already scheduled. The evening before my appointment I received a message on my answering machine stating they needed to reschedule. Now I understand things happen. But if I needed to reschedule and I called the evening before my initial appointment to reschedule I would be charged a fee because it wasn't 24 -48 hours ahead. 1 Star – Avoid at All Costs Padder Health Services has been a nightmare for my 90-year-old uninsured grandmother. They’ve billed her the same claim number (1050482) over and over for months with different amounts — $325, $340, $191, $166 — all for the same “routine” visit.
