We rented a large storage unit here for more than 2 years everything seemed fine until we move out and pick up our stuff. Our unit had been infested with mice. All of our stuff was covered in pee and poop especially our clothing. They had used pest killer to try and get rid of them so there was multiple dead mice in our unit and on our stuff as well. The rental insurance is only good while you have a storage unit with them so once I moved out and was able to unpack my stuff I was no longer covered. Absolutely disgusting.
Great storage facility, very safe, I have been stolen from before but Padden has taken care of the situation and has upped the security.
