My daughter was in an accident. Paddacks was the company that was tasked with hauling her car from the scene. We had to go gather her personal belongings. The lady working at the desk was very nice. Explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Would definitely use their services again.
They charge $40 a day and somehow tacked on $600 on top of that for towing! That is ridiculous! Taking advantage of people and make it impossible to get your car back!
Cannot thank these folks enough for rescuing our sprinter van off the interstate in the middle of heavy traffic. It was absolutely terrifying to be stranded with drivers rushing around us. They got to us lightning fast and went right to getting us out and settled back at our hotel.
They were extremely professional and so so helpful. Above and beyond what his job requirement was. Kicking myself cause I don't remember his name but he was great and it was very affordable also.
