Rude managers and crooked as they come . There is a mobile home there right now on sp152 the place has been cosmetically redone in fresh paint,new carpeting and it's priced at damn near 60,000 .00 are you serious first of all the wiring in this mobile home is literally rotten and the mobile home itself is a tinder box the roof has multiple holes in it causing leaky ceiling in both bedrooms .
