Terry Applebaum and her team were helpful and supportive from the first phone call through the deposit of the settlement check. Rude, snobby employee harassed me in their parking lot just because I stopped to get out of the alley and throw away my trash in the public dumpster. She needs to mind her own business and not make assumptions. Owner never returned my call. Update: I did get someone I know who works there reach out at a later date to inquire, but it wasn't worth my time to worry about it anymore.
