I required a single paragraph-long letter to confirm I was undergoing treatment to allow me to change my name on my passport which I desperately needed to do. This quick task took nearly 3 months to complete, and was only done so as I'd moved from the area and they needed to wrap it up urgently for me to switch surgeries. Phoned for an appointment and was given one. When I arrived, I was told that I didn't attend my appointment, as it was the day before... Really? Why would I not attend an appointment that I requested?Receptionist told me that there wasn't one available on the day i phoned, yet she had booked me in without telling me🤷🏻♂️ When i turned up at 4pm, the waiting area was EMPTY, which makes you wonder what hours these Dr's are actually working🤔 Never mind only another 5 days to wait...in pain!
Shame the receptionist had No manners at all. I went there in pain came out disgusted how unhelpful someone can actually be
