My experience with Padarath Aluminium has been extremely disappointing. The safety door they installed was made from very poor‑quality material and has been a constant problem from the beginning. They came to “fix” it, yet it was never properly repaired. The door still does not lock, which is a major safety risk, imagine having a safety door that cannot even be secured at night. We had an alfresco installed at our home by this company, but unfortunately, the job was not done properly. The area was not sealed correctly, and water keeps coming in during rainy days, which has ruined our carpet. I contacted them multiple times and even sent pictures to show the issue. They initially said they would come and fix it, but after that, all messages were ignored. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never responded. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through.
