We had an alfresco installed at our home by this company, but unfortunately, the job was not done properly. The area was not sealed correctly, and water keeps coming in during rainy days, which has ruined our carpet. I contacted them multiple times and even sent pictures to show the issue. They initially said they would come and fix it, but after that, all messages were ignored. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never responded. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through.
