Let me start off by saying how great Bob and Gavin are! They are a father and son team and they run their business with quality, great customer service, and a commitment to the customers needs. They both always have a smile on their faces and they are truly great people on top of it. They are trustworthy and have been in my building while we are closed and with access to a key. Bob and his son Gavin offer prompt, friendly service at a reasonable price. They tackled my pest issue (a tricky one--how were mice finding there way into my tightly-sealed, well-maintained house?) and came back numerous times until they had figured it out. I was very impressed with their perseverance and logical, step-by-step approach to dealing with the problem. Highly recommended local business!
