Booked in with PAD Group three times and they didn't show up each time. Only bothered to call and let us know on one occasion. Currently undergoing the 4th reschedule with PAD and I have little faith.

We found P.A.D. Plumbing after we decided to change plumber we use before. Not only Paul charges us fraction of the amount we pay before for the same job, but he documented all, what he is going to do, and what he done with 7 page report with pictures, so anyone will understand. So we hired him again for biger job. After complition of the job , he charged us less than his quotes. He said: I just spend less time than I thought. Regularly it is just opposite.
