Laundry mixer flexi hose was leaking with potential for lots of damage. Paul + team sorted it quickly and efficiently. Good work.
I cancelled the booking, so I can't speak to their on-site skills, but I was really unhappy that I was registered for an i4tradies app account without my permission. It seems to be their booking system, but I wasn't told about it until I got an SMS notification that an account had been created for me. The app is awful, with no web functionality despite being told so in the registration email. Not sure about the other reviews, but our experience was horrible. 'Paul' said he would arrive at our place by 11 and was a no-show. We tried to call him but went straight through to voicemail and he didn't call back. Would not recommend these guys as it appears to be a hit or miss with timing.
