I was referred to Tony and PacWest by my brother-in-law who owns a paint business in AZ. After bidding the project, we were pleased to hire PacWest and began working with Rachel on the details of our project and scheduled the work. Art met us onsite the first day with Isidro and they both seemed eager to discuss the job and begin work. This company has sent me the same piece of junk mail 5 times in as many weeks, even though I have written them a letter asking to be removed from their mailing list. I would not use a company with such business practices.
