PacWest Blooms did the most spectacular job with our wedding florals (personal flowers, ceremony and reception, and some hanging greens around disco balls). I have not seen more beautiful, unique designs. I will update my review once we get photos back of our wedding, but I am a ride OR DIE for Susie, Denise, and her whole team. She was my florist for my wedding and honestly, aside from my photographer, I felt like Susie was my only vendor who truly listened to me and understood me. Suzie and her crew are miracle workers! I am from out of town and needed a speedy delivery of a birthday bouquet for a little girl's 10th birthday. Suzie worked her magic and pulled off the delivery of the bouquet in a matter of hours! Thank you so much Suzie for going the extra mile to make a little girl's birthday so special. You guys are the best and will remember you for next year!
My best friend hired Susie as a wedding coordinator, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite her positive reviews, she was unprofessional and unreliable. On the day of the wedding, she went completely MIA, not responding to calls or texts. She finally arrived 15 minutes before 5pm, with no explanation from her assistants regarding her whereabouts. Suzie, Denise, Brian & their staff are absolutely first class professionals. They went above and beyond in so many ways to help make my wife and my wedding the day of our dreams. I'll admit, our vision wasn't the easiest to understand but Suzie and Denise seemingly read our minds and made our thoughts turn out beautiful.
