I had a water leak upstairs that required some repairs to be done in the room below. Pacunas were quick, reliable, great communication. They gave me tips along the way as they were working. They even added on an ovenfan/ light replacement when I asked if it was something they could do for me - done same day! They are top notch professionals that know what they are doing and get the job done efficiently and most of all.. affordably! Highly recommend Pacunas to anyone I know.
This small family business gets it! I've had many "punch list" items that I need help with and they continue to tackle them as I list them. They are up front on costs, zero pressure, easy to work with and communicate timely and clearly. They show up when they say they will and have earned the trust of my senior dog whose both blind and deaf!!! They have great taste where I have lack of direction and add little touches that make things better without adding cost. More punch list items on their way!
They have done great work for us. We have a mobile home that has needed a lot of attention and Dennis and Stephanie have done a great job fixing the issues
Dennis did some work for us a while ago. He was wonderful. Fixed a ceiling/wall water issue and painted. He has a good sense for detail. We will definitely use him for our future house projects.
My first post was at the start of it I don't remember giving any stars yet but it's all done we're a month out they did an awesome job bathroom is beautiful everything works like it should very polite people I will be hiring them again
