It’s definitely drop and hook if your company has a lot of trailers
Another BS place crying about an appointment time when it's literally NOBODY else here delivering but me. I asked the employee are the busy and he said nah it's slow... so why are you crying about a stupid appointment????????

It's my first time here. Once you pull up to the gate, they will see you and open the gate, stay to the right, pull up parallel with the building, go inside to check in for delivery, or pick up. They will tell you what door and/or what to do. Really nice people. I had a live unload. I had to put the trailer to the door they assigned and disconnect and bobtail to the area where their drop yard is. Don't park in the drop yard area. It's the road/driveway leading to it. Then they will call you once completed.
