Terrible experience for myself. Waited a few hours to be told that they are short on product and they won’t load me. The broker idiots made me wait a few more hours to basically tell me the same thing. Drove 100 miles deadhead for this load. A simple phone call or an email could have prevented this
That man in shipping and Receiving office had attitude as if I did something to him he talk to low but get attitude when you repeat what he said you can’t here him so you got to repeat to make sure that’s what he said like why they don’t have a woman at front desk anyway you can tell he is not a people person which means he should not be at front desk working you can when you walk in door he got and attitude it’s on his face.One reason could be is because I am a Blacl/ Woman which most definitely played a part in his attitud... read more
