I had a terrible experience with this shipper. The service was not only unreliable, but the attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable. They were unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out for assistance. Shipments were delayed without any notice, and when I tried to get more information, I was met with rude responses. I would not recommend this shipper to anyone. Poor communication and lack of professionalism are major issues here. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for my shipping needs in the future.
My husband is writing this review: From the first day, this company begins it relationship with you based on a lie. They promise you proper training, work safety, advancement, production bonuses. Within a couple days of working there and only one tour and explanation of how things worked, I was expected to run a huge machine and package the product at rapid pace alone.
