If I could give no stars, I would. Saw Dr. Chang for a new GI issue. I felt like he didn’t listen to my concerns and what was worse than that, he actually made a joke about my issues! Here I am suffering and he’s making a joke about it? So unprofessional and unhelpful! I told him I was going to see another doctor!
Spoke with my doctor, a new provider to PACT, last week. I called to schedule an appt at his new office, (Guilford) at his request, and was declined; told not scheduling appts yet. No surprised, really !!
This place is POOR in professionalism, LACKS in communication, and is a BIG red flag to ethical medical practice. I booked my first appointment with them in advance and was switched last second to a different provider. The new provider i switched to cancelled my appointment last minute as well. Keep in mind that the initial provider i was supposed to meet was available and ended up taking a different patient. Waited 2 hours and still wasn’t seen. Unprofessional and lack customer service/bedside manner. I understand things happen. However if the schedule is that behind inform the patients or give them the option to reschedule. After a hour, I finically get called in. The nurse injects the IV and my arm starts gushing blood. I tell her that it’s burning and it hurts. I pretty sure it wasn’t placed right. She wipes it and says” it’s burning from the alcohol” I had plenty IV done and nothing like that before.
