There is nothing like getting the run around in circles with scheduling people.They are terrible communicators.... Feeling extremely sick and it seems like nobody cares. They keep running around in circles saying they can't get the information from an MrI when other doctors from hartford, health care could get the information.... If I could give no stars, I would. Saw Dr. Chang for a new GI issue. I felt like he didn’t listen to my concerns and what was worse than that, he actually made a joke about my issues! Here I am suffering and he’s making a joke about it? So unprofessional and unhelpful! I told him I was going to see another doctor!
Spoke with my doctor, a new provider to PACT, last week. I called to schedule an appt at his new office, (Guilford) at his request, and was declined; told not scheduling appts yet. No surprised, really !!
This place is POOR in professionalism, LACKS in communication, and is a BIG red flag to ethical medical practice. I booked my first appointment with them in advance and was switched last second to a different provider. The new provider i switched to cancelled my appointment last minute as well. Keep in mind that the initial provider i was supposed to meet was available and ended up taking a different patient. Highly confused as to why i was switched in the first place when that was never requested and disappointed in the lac... read more
