Shannon and the team at PACT have been an absolute pleasure to work with. This is one of many projects I've partnered with him on, and every single time his professionalism, communication, and support have been outstanding. Communication was solid from start to finish on this latest project earlier this year, and he consistently delivers excellent results. As a property manager, having a vendor I can count on to that level is truly a dream. Highly recommend Shannon and PACT to anyone in the industry.

I was blown away by PACT. They were recommended to me when my condo was flooded and were professional, patient, and extremely high quality from start to finish. Brock, Shannon, and Paige were so great to work with and did a great job communicating throughout. My place has never looked better. 10/10

We can't say enough great things about PACT. We hired them to help with our basement construction due to a flood. Jim in particular was such a delight to work for. Him and his team were incredibly professional and prompt and worked with us to make sure that everything was done to what we needed. It was an stressful experience having to figure out what to do, working through insurance, understanding what work was covered, and the PACt team was so accommodating.
